Florida stations are a high commodity right now. The market here is on fire. Gas companies own alot of stations here, but we also have a lot of independent owners. The stations sitting available are only sitting due to completion and no business, or the asking price does not make sense

Gotcha! Yeah I haven’t heard too negatively about them. I’ve been seeing alot in the area around me getting converted to Kangaroo with Exxon/Mobil gas. I may have an opportunity to get in with kangaroo, so would love to know as much as I can!
