My man welcome to the community. I have a fuel transportation business in Atlanta and have been a distributor as well as owned and operated gas stations in Georgia for almost 30 years.
 
Hey guys! This is Rony, I currently run a marathon gas station and a liquor store located in selma, AL. It was a closed location August 2023 and was able to bring it to 6 digit numbers in monthly sales by August 2024. Looking forward to learn more from your guys.

Found another C store opportunity in Americus, GA. Need to make a call if its worth doing it or not with help of you guys.

@Adhot just curious are you seeing new or onerous legislation or regulation on gas retailers in CA? I hear horror stories but never know if they are actually impacting the biz there.
 
hi, my name is paul from nj, looking to purchase gas station in nj or nearby states like PA or MD. I hear a lot of stories of how nj stories make less profit compare to neighboring states and how nj stations are more expensive. Can anyone give me a better insight
 
Hello Everyone, My name is Gus, I own and operate 10 gas stations and a stand alone 7-11 in southern california. I have mostly Chevrons but also have a Mobil and an unbranded site.

Hey, Jordan. I just purchased about an acre of land in South Louisiana and was looking to turn it into a gas station and C Store. It was a gas station a long time ago but there is no building on it currently. I have to remove the old parking lot and slab and have to build an elevated structure (do to flooding in the area). I'm going to build out a 2400 sq ft store and then all of the stuff that goes into selling gas.

Do you have any knowledge of someone building out something similar? If so, how much was their build out?
