Definitely I know of about 9 sites that are currently for sale but when you look into financials year after year the sales are drastically lower due to competition arising at every corner. If the sales are good then they are either asking for a high price but usually they don’t even sell those sites. Another reason for sites selling are there are new sites being developed nearby that will eventually affect sales dramatically. Bakersfield has been over developed with gas stations.
