Any thoughts on an off-market station situation. Sales are subpar and declining, lots of upside available, with small adjustments a big swing could be seen within a year, 
. Current sales don’t support even the appraised value of the assets. Owner financing is now being discussed, but a payment structure that current sales will support might be tough. Ideas?
