Time tracking

Hello - Happy New Year everyone!

I want us to have an open discussion regarding employee time-tracking.

Does anyone use employee time-tracking apps like Buddy Punch,ADP or any others? What has been your experience like? What do you see as the pros and cons of using apps that can essentially micro-manage employee time(and in turn minimize time theft and help comply with labor laws - my main concerns)? Has it impacted employee satisfaction, productivity etc at your stores?

I’ve been a long time user of more generic solutions like Upunch but I’m beginning to wonder if it’s time to automate this process.

hello everyone

What is the best back office solution for managing inventory and processing EDI along with updating and adding new items into multiple stores at once using CPB centerized price book

ADP is nice and user friendly, I'm not sure on the model but it uses finger print to clock in and out which is helpful to get the correct hours and easy to change if they forget. is a pain if you get a cut though because some time it wont read properly.
