Hey community, I have just purchased my first Gas Station ( 
). The store itself is not in the best condition. It doesn’t have coolers and the best lighting and nothing. We expected that. The question is, should I wait till I can afford the bigger walking / multi door coolers to upgrade or should I take the more cost effective way and buy the Soda coolers you see on Facebook marketplace. The store itself isn’t super profitable but I don’t have outside capital.
