When hiring these are my first questions
1 - Tenure. How long do they keep a job. If they switch jobs a lot I don’t even bring them in for an interview
2 - Tell me something nice you’ve done for someone else recently
3 - How do you treat others. Listen if they are a giver or a taker

If they can’t pass these questions stop the interview

These are great questions to ask!

Here are some questions I ask:

- Are they looking for full-time or part-time?
- Do they have reliable transportation to determine if they can make it to the shift on time.
- If they live close-by or in the city. (If they live in a diff city, I won’t hire them.)
- Have they worked at a gas station before? (I usually don’t hire people that have worked at a gas station before.)
